A.I.S. Resources Announces Grant of Options


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSXV: AIS, OTC-Pink: AISSF, FRA: 5YH) (“A.I.S.” or the “Company”) announces the Company has granted a total of 1,000,000 incentive stock options to a director of the Company in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan. Each Option is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share. The Options were granted on June 5, 2026, vested on the date of grant and have a term of five years from the date of grant. The stock options granted are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
