Grace Scrivens: Essex Women’s captain signs new two-year deal


Essex Women’s captain Grace Scrivens has signed a new two-year contract until the end of the 2028 season.

The 22-year-old all-rounder joined Essex last year before their maiden professional season and is a regular opener for the side in the Women’s T20 Blast.

Since her debut, Scrivens has scored 650 runs at an average of 34.21, with a high score of 120 not out, while also taking seven wickets.

“I think the direction the group is heading in is seriously exciting and I can’t wait to continue and see what we can achieve together,” Scrivens told the club website., external
