Accused tells Liberty Village murder trial he argued with victim over barbecue but denies killing him




Testifying in his own defence on Friday, the 36-year-old man charged with second-degree murder denied he was even in Reeyaz Habib’s unit on the night of June 6, 2023, when the neighbourhood was awoken by a man’s screams for help.
