Saturday night’s annual Gold Gala, presented by Gold House, featured a bevy of high-profile stars on the Los Angeles arrival carpet in designer pieces from the likes of Aiste Hong to Anita Dongre and more.
Chrissy Teigen and Mindy Kaling led the designer style brigade, while Priyanka Chopra Jonas found a way to honor her heritage in a custom Amit Aggarwal piece. WWD breaks down those looks and plenty more ahead.

Chopra Jonas, who was styled by Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald, wore a strapless gown by Amit Aggarwal. The Global Vanguard Honoree’s sari-inspired dress was designed in a collaborative effort between Aggarwal and stylist Ami Patel. The look marked a “defining moment for chikankari,” Patel wrote in a post on her Instagram account, referencing the dress. “We started with a two-decade-old chikan sari and reimagined it into this couture perfection, with Amit’s signature materials and modern texturizing. Marrying the vintage with the now. Softness with structure.”
Hosted by the nonprofit Gold House, the annual Gold Gala honors the contributions of Asian and Pacific Islander trailblazers in entertainment, business, fashion and more.
