Fed likely to hold rates steady as Powell-era comes to a close


Federal Reserve officials will convene in Washington, D.C. this week for their April FOMC meeting. While regulators are expected to hold interest rates where they are, this could be Jerome Powell’s final Fed meeting as chair of the US central bank.
