The 2026 MLB season is through four weeks. Numerous players are continuing their hot starts, while others are finding their timing and rhythm. The biggest stories are about the players who haven’t slowed down since the season started. Here are the top 10 relief pitcher rankings heading into week five.

The elite closer is off to an historic start. Entering the week, he has yet to surrender a run in 11.1 innings. Opposing batters have a 0.56 average against Mason Miller.

The veteran closer has been great. He’s seven for seven in save opportunities. Entering the week, he has a 0.48 WHIP.

O’Brien has earned the St. Louis ninth-inning duties. He’s saved six games. Entering the week, he has yet to allow an earned run.
