Goershel brings over 40 years of industry experience to the role, with more than three decades dedicated to project execution, program management, and strategic development within the federal market. His career includes executive leadership roles with multiple Department of Defense organizations, including the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Air Force Reserve Command, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Defense Logistics Agency, and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, as well as civilian agencies such as the National Park Service, U.S. Postal Service, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and General Services Administration.
