8 children killed in Shreveport, Louisiana, shooting, police say


Eight children were killed Sunday in a shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana, that police say appeared to be linked to a domestic disturbance.

A spokesman for Shreveport police, Chris Bordelon, told reporters on Sunday that the victims ranged in age from 1 to about 14 and that a total of 10 people were shot. Bordelon said some of the children killed were related to the gunman.
