Meghan Markle continued to spotlight Australian labels and brands like Matteau on Friday for her final engagements with Prince Harry during the couple’s trip to Sydney, Australia.
The Duchess of Sussex put a nautical spin on her streamlined, quiet luxury attire, wearing a blue and white striped button-down collared shirt courtesy of the Sydney-based womenswear and swimwear brand Matteau.

Like her casual wardrobe from Thursday, the As Ever founder wore another pair of off white jeans from Rolla’s. She also re-wore Thursday’s sneakers by Freda Salvador. Other touches to her nautical sartorial statement included a navy sweater worn over her shoulders by Sydney-based brand P. Johnson. She also carried a bag by Australian luxury brand Scanlan Theodore.
As for accessories to her attire, the “With Love, Meghan” presenter went minimalist and sentimental, wearing her Logan and Hollowell constellation rings, which feature Markle and Prince Harry’s respective zodiac signs — Leo and Virgo — a Cartier bracelet and the late Princess Diana’s gold tank Française watch.

For Prince Harry and Markle’s first trip to Australia since their visit in 2018 on behalf of the British royal family, the Duchess of Sussex nodded to the country by wearing several pieces from Australian brands, designers and labels.
Her wardrobe during the trip consisted of pieces by Karen Gee, St. Agni and Friends With Frank, among other Australian brands. While incorporating brands that nodded to Australia, Markle still maintained her idiosyncratic quiet luxury style that’s become a go-to aesthetic since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to Montecito, Calif., in 2020.

Friday’s engagements for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex saw the couple visit with volunteers and first responders from Bondi Surf Bathers’ Life Saving Club at Bondi Beach. The couple also stopped by the Man O’War Steps, next to the Sydney Opera House, before taking part in a sailing event with Invictus Australia members in Sydney Harbour.
