ICE agent charged with assault for allegedly pointing gun at Minneapolis drivers


An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who allegedly pointed his gun at two drivers along a congested highway in Minneapolis in February has been charged with two counts of second-degree assault, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said at a news conference Thursday.
