GFL Said to Near Deal to Buy Secure Waste for Over $4.3 Billion


Secure Waste, based in Calgary, gets about three-quarters of its adjusted Ebitda from its waste management business, which includes recycling of metals and recovered oil, according to a recent investor presentation. The other quarter comes from energy infrastructure including oil pipelines and storage.
