In case you missed it, Pokémon Home compatibility is now available (or at least rolling out) in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. And not only does that mean you can finally transfer your ‘mons from the game and store them, there are also a few rewards to nab — thanks to Serebii for catching these!

First up, there’s a special distribution in Home that’ll allow you to get Alpha Chikorita, Alpha Tepig, and Alpha Totodile in Legends: Z-A. So that’s a trio of supersized starters!

All you need to do is transfer a ‘mon from Legends: Z-A into Home, then on the mobile app, head to the Mystery Gift tab in Home to claim your freebies.

Second, there’s an alternate version of Magearna that’s only available in Home, but if you transfer it to Legends: Z-A, you’ll actually be able to Mega Evolve it — as long as you have the Magearnite and the Mega Dimension DLC.

Mega Magearna (Original Colour Form) even gets its own Pokédex entry, meaning this is the final Mega evolution available in Z-A.

Both of those are pretty neat rewards, we think. Of course, the second part of Home’s big update is to get it ready for Pokémon Champions’ release next week, so perhaps those Alphas will be transferrable to the competitive free-to-start game?
