Gap’s $40 Jelly Sandals Alt Is as Chic as Chloé’s $600 Pair

It is abundantly clear (no pun intended) that jelly sandals grabbed the fashion set’s attention last spring and summer, especially the Chloé ankle-strap jelly sandal and The Row’s jelly styles. The return of jelly shoes really struck a nostalgic chord among fashion people and this year is no different. I initially held off buying a pair, thinking this would just be a passing fad, but I still find myself coveting a pair of my own.

Thankfully, I came across a much more affordable option to Chloé’s sleek sandals that satisfies my craving. The $40 Gap alternative is even on sale for just $19 in most color options. At a price this low, I may even cave on a couple colors since it’s hard to settle on just one. I’m currently leaning towards the brown, clear, and black pairs the most, and I plan to wear them with everything from jeans to dresses.
