Trump is making the Strait of Hormuz Europe’s responsibility: Strategist


President Trump expressed flexibility on possibly ending the Iran war without forcing the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. Oil prices (CL=F, BZ=F) continue to sit above $100 per barrel in Tuesday’s session.

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. chief investment strategist John Stoltzfus — who maintains an Underweight rating on the energy sector (XLE) — comments on Trump’s newest stance and his forecast on oil prices.
