The women’s Final Four field is now set.
And for just the second time in tournament history, it’s the exact same as last season.
All four No. 1 seeds in the NCAA tournament are headed to Phoenix this weekend for the women’s Final Four. UConn rolled past Notre Dame to push its win streak to 54 games after last season’s national title and got the Huskies to the Final Four. They’ll get to take on South Carolina first on Friday in a rematch of last season’s championship match. The Gamecocks pulled away in the fourth quarter of their Elite Eight game with TCU on Monday night to earn their sixth straight trip to the Final Four.

The Longhorns absolutely dominated Michigan on Monday night to set up a return trip to the Final Four. Texas picked up a 77-41 win over the Wolverines, which set up a battle with UCLA in the semifinals. The Bruins pulled away in the second half to pick up a double-digit win over Duke in their Elite Eight contest on Sunday.
