‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 2: When to Stream Episodes 2 and 3

Matt Murdock/Daredevil may be in hiding, but the season 2 debut of Daredevil: Born Again proved that staying quiet and out of sight aren’t the Marvel hero’s biggest priorities. The Red Devil returned in peak form to Disney Plus, still ensnared in a hostile battle with the Kingpin for New York City and justice, and this time, he gets a little unexpected help.

Along with Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) and Detective Cherry (Clark Johnson), another familiar face will be on board for Matt’s cause: Jessica Jones. Krysten Ritter is reprising her role as the hard-punching Marvel hero first seen in the live-action Netflix shows, The Defenders and Jessica Jones. Don’t count on seeing Frank Castle this season, though — he’s busy doing other things right now. But this is a reminder that season 1 of Born Again was the first part of a continuing story, and this new installment will pick up where the finale left off with Fisk seizing control of the city through martial law, a corrupt justice system and a bunch of people locked in a warehouse dungeon.

This will definitely be another bone-cracking, blood-heavy jaunt into Hell’s Kitchen (and beyond), with a showdown looming between Daredevil and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin that’s unlike what fans have seen on screen before. Scroll on for details on when to watch episodes 2 and 3 and the remainder of this season.

Disney Plus starts at $12 per month for a basic subscription with ads, with options to stream it ad-free or to save money with a bundle. The Disney Bundle packages the service with Hulu and/or ESPN Plus, and there’s a bundle pack that includes Max, Hulu and Disney Plus starting at $20 per month. Read our Disney Plus review.

Should I watch other Marvel shows with Daredevil?

You can binge season 1 of Daredevil: Born Again on Disney Plus if you need a refresher. But this also applies to newbies who want to check out the three seasons of Marvel’s Daredevil show that originally streamed on Netflix.

Though Born Again is its own fresh story, there are lots of Easter eggs and connections from the Netflix run that will help viewers understand the characters and backstories. It’s a good idea to watch all the old Marvel series that were once Netflix originals: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and The Defenders.
