This capable Logitech G703 Lightspeed is down to £53/$60 in a handy Amazon discount

The Logitech G703 Lightspeed isn’t one of the mice I can personally attest to using, but it’s got the makings of a solid choice from the spec sheet – a reliable 25,600 DPI Hero senor I’ve used in some of the brand’s other mice and a reliable Lightspeed wireless connection, plus a more ergonomic, contoured shape, and up to 35 hours of battery life.

Currently, this rodent is on the receiving end of a hefty discount in the ‘States for Amazon’s Spring Sale which makes it $60 from Amazon USA – that’s its best price of 2026, and a solid price for such a potent rodent. It’s £53 from Amazon UK, for reference, although that’s a much more minor discount against its price in previous weeks.

The G703 Lightspeed has more of a contoured shape against other gaming mice in Logitech’s range, which reviews elsewhere indicate this to help make it quite a comfortable rodent, alongside the use of rubberised grips and a dense plastic frame to help give it a sturdy finish. At 95g, it isn’t neccesarily what you’d call an ultralight gaming mouse, although it is lighter than other options in Logitech’s catalogue. If you’d prefer it to be even heavier, there’s even an additional 10g weight bundled in the box that can be slotted into the underside of the G703.

Inside, it comes with Logitech’s tried-and-tested Hero sensor, complete with 25,600 DPI of sensitivity that provides ample nimbleness for casual and pro players alike. I’ve used the Hero sensor in a lot of the brand’s other mice, and have found it to be slick and reliable in tracking movements. Wireless connectivity is handled by the 2.4GHz Lightspeed receiver for a plug-and-play zero latency connection, and you get upto 35 hours of runtime from the G703 before it’ll need recharging. That’s okay battery life, if a little disappointing in 2026. Nonetheless, this mouse is compatible with Logitech’s clever Powerplay mouse mat (which is sold separately as a dear accessory), meaning you’ll never need to plug the mouse in, as it charges from the mouse mat.

If you want to grab a comfortable and potent gaming mouse for less, this Amazon deal on the Logitech G703 Lightspeed is a handy one.
