NDP MP Boulerice shares comment on the tragedy at LaGuardia Airport « Canada’s NDP

Following the accident at LaGuardia Airport involving an Air Canada plane, the NDP’s critic on Labour and Transport, Alexandre Boulerice, issued the following statement:

“It is with shock and deep sadness that we learned of the deaths of two Air Canada pilots in this tragic accident in New York.

We would like to offer our condolences to the families of the victims and their loved ones, and we wish a speedy recovery to all those injured.

This type of accident is unacceptable, and we are calling on the Transportation Safety Board to thoroughly investigate this tragedy so that measures can be taken to ensure it does not happen again.”
