I don’t know if you’ve already shared this, but the government currently has a survey out looking for feedback from Canadians about headlight glare while driving at night:

https://tc.canada.ca/en/corporate-services/consultations/canadian-experience-vehicle-headlights-glare-night

If anyone else struggles/hates driving at night because of the BLINDING headlights they’re putting on cars nowadays I urge you to fill out the survey. It should take more than 5-10 minutes!
