The FBI is investigating a shooting at Old Dominion University as an act of terrorism after a man entered a classroom filled with ROTC students and shot and killed the leader of the class. Officials say Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former soldier in the Virginia National Guard, is the suspect in the attack. He was previously arrested in 2016 and accused of giving material support to the terror group ISIS. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
