Because they’re intended to work as studio monitors, they have a nice flat midrange that makes it easier to mix or balance, bold bass response, and detailed high-end for getting those little details dialed in. They sound great for just sitting back and listening to music or watching a movie, too, but anyone working on production audio or video might appreciate them more than your average PC gamer.
