The limits (and dangers) of AI tools


If corporations increasingly rely on AI to perform functions that resemble legal analysis, regulators may eventually be compelled to clarify the boundary between technological assistance and the unauthorized practice of law. Courts, too, may begin to scrutinize whether reliance on automated tools meets the standard of reasonableness expected of sophisticated employers.
