Final Direct For The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Has A Shocking Reveal Of Yoshi's Voice Actor



The next Mario movie comes to theaters on April 1, and you can get tickets for it now.

Today’s Nintendo Direct was all about The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, and it included the release of the latest trailer for the animated film and some big cast announcements. Check it out below.

The main voice cast members of the film opened the Direct, wishing viewers a happy “Mario Day” (observed on March 10). The trailer opened with a sequence overtly inspired by the Mario Galaxy games, with Peach’s castle being lifted into space by Bowser Jr. Seen in the trailer was Wart, the Super Mario Bros. 2 villain, who is voiced by Luis Guzmán. Other newly revealed additions to the cast are Issa Rae as the Honey Queen and Childish Gambino himself, Donald Glover, as Yoshi.
