Trump’s tariffs face 2 more legal battles after SCOTUS ruling


In addition to the Supreme Court’s recent ruling against the legality of President Trump’s Liberation Day tariffs under IEEPA authority, the Court of International Trade has also ruled that the government must issue refunds for these illegal tariffs.

Additionally, the Trump administration is facing lawsuits from 24 US states regarding the newest tariffs.
