Kim puts Jupiter Links on the board

After falling behind two points to The Bay through the first five holes, Jupiter Links scored its first points of the night on Hole 6. Kim sank a putt from just over 18 feet out and brought the score to 2-1.

Lee drains long putt

Lee extended The Bay’s lead impressively on Hole 9, sinking the second-longest putt in TGL history to give his team a 4-2 lead entering the singles portion of the match. Lee’s putt was from 37 feet and 11 inches away from the hole.

Kim makes a hole-in-one

Kim showed up in big moments for Jupiter Links last season, and that remained true this year as well. After cutting The Bay’s lead to 6-5 on Hole 13, Jupiter threw the hammer before Hole 14 to make it worth two points, and then Kim handled the rest. He sank a hole-in-one from 138 yards out to give Jupiter a 7-6 lead. This was just the second-ever hole-in-one in TGL history. Coincidentally, TGL’s first hole-in-one was recorded by Neal Shipley for The Bay earlier this season.

Kisner seals the win

Following Kim’s ace, all the pressure was on Kisner to give his team the win and send Jupiter to its first-ever playoff appearance. No problem. Kisner found himself just 13 feet out after three shots, and sank the 13-foot putt for the victory.
