SpaceX could seek IPO valuation of over $1.75 trillion, Bloomberg says


Feb 27 (Reuters) – Elon Musk’s SpaceX is ‌aiming to file ‌confidentially for an initial ​public offering that could value the rocket and satellite company ‌at more ⁠than $1.75 trillion, Bloomberg News reported on ⁠Friday, citing people familiar with ​the matter.

The ​filing ​could come as ‌soon as March, Bloomberg said, in what would rank among the largest IPOs ‌in history.

SpaceX, which ​acquired ​Musk’s ​artificial-intelligence startup xAI, ‌did not immediately ​respond ​to a Reuters request for comment.
