Self Care: Outdoor winter activities are proven to reduce stress



Happiness doesn’t always feel happy in the moment. I remind myself of this as I glide one cross-country ski in front of the next along the winding trails of Sentier des Caps in Charlevoix, Que. It’s not that I hate cross-country skiing. I just tend to dislike doing anything in the cold.
