Florence Pugh matched the Gothic ambience of London’s West End production of “Dracula” starring Cynthia Erivo on Tuesday night with her black Patou dress.
The Oscar-nominated “Little Women” actress styled a look from the French fashion house’s fall 2026 collection. Pugh’s dress wholly evoked dark glamour, with a high neckline, fluttering short sleeves and a hint of contrasting fabric throughout the design of the dress.

Patterning played a role in the dress’ creation. Throughout the design, shadowed figures on horseback evoked a dramatic scene. The overall look of the dress created an intriguing sartorial moment and methodical approach, complementing the aesthetic Gothic energy of the play.
As for accessories, Pugh wore jewelry pieces by Annoushka, including tulip drop earrings and tulip French hook earrings. The actress sported her septum piercing and her glam followed suit with her Gothic styling, with coiffed hair by styled by Hyungsun Ju and makeup highlights that included bold brows and a deep red lip by artist Alex Babsky. Pugh’s look was curated by stylist Rebecca Corbin Murray.

Patou’s fall 2026 collection hit the runway in January as part of Paris Fashion Week. Curated by artistic director Guillaume Henry, the collection showcased “a new side of the French label,” per Lily Templeton’s WWD review.
“Options that followed ranged from polo shirts, smart straight-leg slacks, thin chimney-neck sweaters, roomy blousons and cropped biker jackets to knee- and midi-length handkerchief skirts and floor-length gowns in lace and devoré velvet,” Templeton wrote.
