Canadian figure skaters Stellato-Dudek and Deschamps finish strong at Olympics


It has been a rough ride for the duo, starting with Stellato-Dudek’s fall on the ice two weeks before the Olympics. Although she and Deschamps got the green light to fly to Milan last Wednesday, it meant a hurried flight to land in Milan on Thursday and only three days to adjust to a different time zone and practice on the ice, while their competitors — including the other Canadian pair Lia Perreira and Trennt Michaud — had a week to do the same.
