Wall Street rises to record levels after report showing the jobless rate improved last month




NEW YORK (AP) — U.S. stocks are rising back to their record levels following an encouraging report that said the nation’s unemployment rate unexpectedly improved last month. The S&P 500 rose 0.5% early Wednesday.
