Social media reacts to Nebraska’s loss to Purdue in overtime

No. 8 Nebraska (21-3, 10-3) fell to No. 12 Purdue (20-4, 10-3) 80-77 in overtime on Tuesday night. It was a game where the Huskers had to erase a 22-point deficit to force overtime, but it wasn’t enough to stop Nebraska from losing for the third time this season.

The Huskers looked like they were down and out early in this one, as they trailed 40-24 at the half. Nevertheless, they stormed back in the second half, as they throttled the Boilermakers 44-28. Purdue came out on top in overtime, 12-9.
