Jay-Z added a $394,000 Patek Philippe Celestial watch to his Super Bowl watch collection.
The Roc Nation founder attended Super Bowl LX on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., wearing a platinum Patek Philippe Grand Complications 6102P-001 Celestial watch while he watched the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks take the field. The luxury timepiece, which is priced at $393,974 on Patek Philippe’s site, appeared in close-up shots from the sidelines against his black hoodie and performance gloves.

The 44-millimeter model formed a wide, polished frame around a deep blue dial laid out as a sky chart. Gold specks mapped the visible movement of the stars, with a crescent moon motif and cardinal directions placed around the outer ring. A white central hand tracked the date around the perimeter of the dial, while white-gold leaf-shaped hands kept the hours and minutes.

Patek Philippe built the Celestial with the self-winding 240 LU CL C movement, which powers the sky chart, the indication of the moon’s phases and the time of its meridian passage, as well as the passage of Sirius, according to the brand. The display also shows the portion of the sky visible from a given latitude using a transparent ellipse. The case featured a diamond set at 6 o’clock and a sapphire crystal case back, which revealed the movement and engraved Patek Philippe seal. The watch came on a navy alligator strap with a square-scale finish and a platinum fold-over clasp, and it’s water-resistant to 30 meters.

This isn’t the first time Jay-Z has worn a six-figure watch at the Super Bowl — last year, it was a seven-figure timepiece. At Super Bowl LIX in 2025, he wore a Richard Mille RM 66 Flying Tourbillon in red and orange sapphire that the brand values at around $3 million. The version he wore was one of two pieces produced in that colorway.
Patek Philippe’s complicated references have also drawn attention in the auction market. In May 2025, Christie’s highlighted a Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Minute Repeater introduced in 1989 and described at the time as “the world’s most complicated wristwatch,” estimating the piece at up to $1.4 million.
