NFL gamedays are major drivers to local economies: BofA


Consumer spending in zip codes surrounding NFL stadiums has been found to surge by 77% on game days, according to Bank of America data.

Bank of America Institute Economist Taylor Bowley joins Jared Blikre on Asking for a Trend about the economic stimulus that NFL game days offer communities during the football season, which includes restaurants, lodging, and food and beverage purchases for tailgating.
