Youths in would-be hit team on corrections manager propped up by cops, York police say


A would-be hit team made up of two underaged youths are among 19 civilians charged in Project South, the York Regional Police investigation into organized crime and corruption that also yielded multiple charges against seven Toronto police officers and a retired constable.

The two youths are both charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
