President Trump said that the U.S. is in charge of Venezuela after the daring U.S. military mission to arrest authoritarian leader Nicolas Maduro following his indictment on narco-terrorism charges. A Maduro loyalist was sworn in as interim leader in Caracas. NBC News’ Peter Alexander reports.
