Menopause TV show brings humour, insight to life changes


“We wanted to show what the medical system looks like around women, health care and specifically menopause,” says MacNeill. “What is it to normalize women’s pain? In Episode 5, Kris had an internal exam and the reaction from the crew was incredible. There were a lot of male crew members, and they’d never been, obviously, in a situation where they had to witness that.”
