Ukraine Says It Hit Russia’s Ryazan Refinery as Moscow Strikes


The strikes caused power outages in Odesa, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv regions, Ukraine’s Energy Ministry said on Telegram on Saturday morning. Equipment at a thermal power plant owned by DTEK, Ukraine’s biggest private energy company, were damaged, the company said on Telegram.
