24 Luxurious Beauty Products That Don’t Break the Bank

Shop in Shop is a monthly column dedicated to rounding up the latest arrivals, seasonal trends, and styles from our favorite brands and retailers.

When it’s time to unwind, I love watching other people’s beauty rituals. A 20-minute get-ready-with-me vlog on YouTube hates to see me coming. And if it’s from a celebrity, I’m even more tuned in. Most of their routines include high-end products and over-the-top treatments the average person has never heard of (vampire facials and PDRN treatments, I’m looking at you), but I still aspire to get the same effect without needing to apply for a loan.

The only way I can mimic these body, skin, hair, and makeup routines is through brands that give luxury without the hefty price tag. There are a lot of these types of brands, but I narrowed it down to my four current favorites: Naturium, QVC, Aveda, and SHEGLAM. They all have a lineup of products that give the decadence I want at the price I need. If you also want to indulge in some much-needed self-care, shop body scrubs, hair primers, eye patches, lip plumpers, and so much more below.

Of all my routines, my bodycare regimen is the one I neglect most. Despite how pampered and luxurious I feel after lathering myself in decadent oils and creams, I still find myself doing the bare minimum in this department. That changes with Naturium. Every product I’ve tried has the most hydrating ingredients and feels way more expensive than it is. I have no excuse to skip my bodycare rituals when I have any of the products below.

After about a decade of trying to figure out which ingredients work best for my skin, I have finally mastered my skincare routine. Unfortunately for me, I am an overachieving beauty editor who can’t stop at a seven-step regimen. I’m currently looking to add beauty tools and treatments to my arsenal, so naturally, QVC was my first stop. I’d like to spend a bit more time using my gua sha, incorporating cryotherapy, and sculpting with the PMD Wave Pro.

I’m not being hyperbolic when I say that Aveda’s Be Curly Advanced line singlehandedly transformed the way I do my natural hair. I discovered it at a time when I was prioritizing hair health, and I’ve never looked back. My 4B curls love the Curl Perfecter Primer and Coil Definer Gel, but I get the best results when I use all of the products from the line in one complete wash-and-go routine.

When it comes to affordable beauty, SHEGLAM should always be part of the conversation. Much of the brand’s products fall under $15, and the quality rivals some of the luxe brands in my makeup bag. I’m a big fan of the blush and lip products, which also happen to be viral favorites.
