What’s your summer-beauty philosophy? Do you stock your regimen with items trending on TikTok, handpicked by your go-to influencers and celebrities? Do you revisit last year’s lineup and rely on the tried-and-true classics? An “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” philosophy never steered you wrong.
Or perhaps you meld the two philosophies together, which is our approach. What makes a well-stacked routine is a combination of old, new, and old made new: products that consider the latest technologies, ingredient innovations, and general trend cycles and make achieving the look du jour a simple feat.
But before we send you over to your favorite retailer with our warm-weather recommendations, we thought we’d go straight to the source to get the inside scoop on what our merchandising and director friends deem bestsellers in the making. Taking cues from customer interest, viral trends, and breakthrough new arrivals, retail experts have developed a keen eye for what’ll be the next big thing. What will resonate most in summer 2025? Here is what our experts predict will be this season’s top-selling beauty products; shop them before they inevitably sell out.

Bluemercury
“The Bluemercury customer is always interested in looking and feeling their best,” Leigh Quilhot, managing director of merchandising at Bluemercury, tells Vogue. “They are knowledgeable about ingredients and are looking for clinically proven results.” And this summer they’re gravitating toward floral and fruity scents, soft feminine colors, peptide serums, and natural body care by way of recent debuts by Parfums de Marly, SkinCeuticals, Oribe, and Victoria Beckham.
The Best-Seller Predictions:
SkinCeuticals
“Along with the overall trend of topical peptides, SkinCeuticals’ P-Tiox serum is still going strong since its big launch last summer,” says Quilhot. “This item has since been dubbed the closest thing to liquid Botox by dermatologists due to its ingredient list containing neuropeptides that function similarly to Botox by relaxing the facial muscles and thus preventing the development of wrinkles.”
Parfums de Marly
Quilhot cites Valaya Exclusif as a favorite in Parfums de Marly’s collection. “Valaya Exclusif EDP has bottom notes of vanilla, whereas Valaya EDP does not. Vanilla and gourmand notes are trending, so a new Valaya with added notes of vanilla is sure to be desired.”
Evolvetogether
“Mindful ingredients are trending in body as consumers are opting for nontoxic and natural formulas as much as possible. Evolvetogether’s 100% natural deodorant defies the common perception that natural deodorants don’t work, and we expect this to be a major outbreak trend in the spring/summer. This deodorant’s beautiful fragrance is heat activated, perfect for the warm months ahead.”
Sisley Paris
“We are seeing the largest growth coming from tinted lip balm and tinted lip oil,” Quilhot says, listing Sisley Paris’s Phyto-Lip Balm as one to know. Available in three shades—each enriched with hyaluronic acid, shea butter, and vitamin E—this delivers optimal hydration with a wash of fresh color.
Chantecaille
Les Papillons Nymph Eye Trio
“Eye shadow sales have been strong across all formulations (powder, stick, cream, and liquid), but powder shadow has had the most growth,” Quilhot details, citing this Chantecaille palette as one to buy. “Our customer sees value in color sets as they begin to travel.”
Jo Malone
Nectarine Blossom and Honey Cologne
Another category Quilhot sees gaining momentum is woody and fruity fragrances, like this Jo Malone London that smells like cassis, acacia honey, and peach for a delectable crisp yet sweet scent good enough to eat.
Oribe
Mirror Rinse Glass Hair Treatment
“We have seen the glass-hair trend really take off and dominate in the industry right now,” Quilhot says, as consumers are looking for an at-home shine treatment. “Glass-hair products are formulated with proteins that help lock in hydration and moisture, and this gives a healthy outer glow to the hair. Brand innovation in this space ranges from shampoo and conditioners to masks and styling products. In support of this trend, we have launched Oribe’s Mirror Rinse Glass Hair Treatment.”
Victoria Beckham Beauty
“Victoria Beckham’s new collection of makeup brushes is absolutely stunning. They were inspired by treasured calligraphy tools, and each brush features a unique walnut handle with distinctive grain. Specialized synthetic bristles mimic traditional natural fibers for exquisite pickup and application of creams and powders.”
Nordstrom
“When spring and summer arrive, the layers come off, not just in clothes but in makeup too,” Nordstrom’s beauty director, Autumne West, spills. “We may opt for that tinted moisturizer versus a foundation plus moisturizer. What changes over the years are the trends, but seasons of change are constant.” Right now she’s paying particular interest to the lip and blush spaces that she says “just won’t stop” innovating, alongside vanilla scents that pair nicely with fresh berry notes to add dimension to the summertime classic.
