Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen met with Kilmar Abrego Garcia for a half hour at a hotel in El Salvador on Thursday evening. Sen. Van Hollen said Abrego Garcia told him he has not communicated with anybody since arriving in El Salvador and has been moved from the notorious CECOT prison to another detention facility. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports civil rights lawyers say the Trump administration is now preparing more deportation flights for alleged gang members.
